By accessing or using TextToPDF ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. TextToPDF is a free, web-based tool that converts text and chart data into PDF documents. The Service is provided "as is" without any subscription, registration, or payment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.
You retain full ownership of all text, data, and documents you create using TextToPDF. We do not claim any rights over your content. Because we do not store your content (see our Privacy Policy), we also cannot recover it if it is lost due to a browser error, network failure, or any other reason. You are responsible for saving your own work.
The TextToPDF application, including its source code, design, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of its creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and commercial document generation. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the PDFs generated will meet your specific formatting requirements in all environments.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTTOPDF AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $0, AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
